Rename nfc-mfultool to nfc-mfultralight.
Remove compilation warnings due to missing includes.
"make distclean" now clean Makefile.in.

libnfc can now be compiled using autotools and libtool.
...
It now provide a pkg-config file allowing a simplified compilation against libnfc.
